The Consulate General of Serbia in New York hosted an enchanting poetry night, extending a warm welcome to esteemed guests from the Serbian community, American publishers, and admirers of Dr. Biljana Obradović's poetry and translations.

Consul General Vladimir Bozovic opened the event with a heartfelt welcome, emphasizing that the Consulate's commitment to supporting cultural and artistic endeavors goes beyond the scope of public diplomacy. He highlighted Serbia's rich heritage and the creativity of its people, both at home and abroad, underscoring that in a city as vibrant and diverse as New York, Serbia has much to offer. He called upon everybody to join hands in promoting our country and community, allowing our culture and art to shine and be recognized.
